For the most part, many people are anesthetized from COVID deaths because they become nothing more than a number on a page brought forth by the media. For others, COVID has hit one's home, community or workplace with devastation. Of all these stories, the hardest part is when somebody dies from COVID for the simple reason of denial of remedy, despite pleading from the patient.
